Free calendar to start the new year organized

Free calendar to start the new year organized

Sometimes it feels like the stuff is never done, and that’s probably because it never is! There are things that need to be done daily, weekly, once a month, etc. and I know that for me, if I don’t schedule it, it won’t get done until much later. And while that’s not a big deal, I have found that it helps me to rest when my work is done or at least caught up. I feel less anxious and more positive because I don’t have tasks looming over me. So, I was thinking that I may not be the only one who would like a free calendar to start the new year organized.

I think most people can manage just one extra task a day in addition to their daily routine. It’s the only way I get things done and keeps things organized and together in my home. I would like to encourage you to take this organization challenge – I know you can do it, and when you start off the year this way I think it can propel you into keeping things organized which in turn makes life easier day by day. As with all organization, it takes maintenance and some effort, but I think it’s so worth it. When my home is organized I save money because I’m not buying things I already have. I’m also using up pantry items we have because I can see it and it doesn’t expire this way. Mostly though, having our home organized helps everyone in my family find what they need and clean things up more quickly because they know exactly where things go. Saving time and money sound good to me, but I also really like the way things look when they’re organized!

Once you print out this free calendar to start the new year organized, you don’t have to complete the items on their specific day. If the kids have soccer or dance, or just a ton of homework and the evening is full – you won’t have time for some of these tasks on the day their assigned. Don’t sweat it, look forward to an item on the calendar that you do have time for and try to get one thing done a day. Just cross out the item after you finish it so that you make sure to accomplish all the tasks for the month. You’ll also notice that there are no tasks on the weekends and that was done intentionally because I know for me, the weekends are filled with family fun and minimal chores~ You can use your weekends to complete tasks on the calendar if that’s your thing. Getting the kids in on the action is also a great idea. How else will my daughters learn how to clean an oven unless they watch and learn – and closet clean outs are another great team task.
