Thieves essential oil
Thieves essential oil
This is the perfect time of year to share with you my favorite essential oils. There are so many amazing oils out there, with delicious scents and amazing benefits, but when it comes down to it, there are handful of oils that I use the most.
I’m going to start with my absolute favorite because it is cold and flu season so I want put it out there. I use it almost daily, year-round, and I love it. Young Living is the brand, and Thieves is the blend of oils that make up an essential oil that apparently, I can’t seem to live without.
I’ve tried other brands, other blends, tried blending it myself – but I have come to realize nothing tops the real Thieves. The blend is composed of cinnamon, cloves, rosemary, lemon, and eucalyptus. It’s a spicy scent, reminiscent of the holidays, and smells wonderful, but the best thing about the blend is its immune defense properties. Thieves has anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral properties – that is a magical combination for this germophobe.
Like I said, I use Thieves almost daily, so here are some ways that I use it regularly.
- DIY foaming hand soap
- Hand sanitizer
- Immunity support / perfume
- Fresh laundry
- Household cleaner
Here are the recipes I use with my Thieves oil:
You can order essential oil products one of two ways, you can sign-up as a consultant and buy product at a discount, or you can order product through me at retail. Young Living requires customers to order through a consultant – I would love to be your consultant, but there are a lot of us out there – so just find a consultant and place your order.
This particular essential oil has changed the way I clean my home, dry my laundry, and freshen the air – I love how easily I can add a safe immunity booster to my household that smells amazing. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks so much for letting me share!
