Easy hot cocoa bar
Easy hot cocoa bar
There’s something about hot cocoa that makes it feel like Christmas and this year I decided we would have as much hot cocoa as we wanted – without it costing a small fortune. Anyone can put together this easy hot cocoa bar and customize it for your tastes.

I like using my three-tiered tray to display all the fixings and my vintage trays to hold mugs and stuff. Cake stands, decorative boxes, baskets, and crates could also be used to display your cocoa bar toppings. I also decorated the lids to our marshmallow mason jars. You can learn how here.

Easy hot cocoa bar
These are some toppings to consider when you assemble your hot cocoa bar:
- Nestle hot chocolate (the best cocoa made with water!)
- mini marshmallows
- large marshmallows
- peppermint marshmallows
- candy cane marshmallows
- mini chocolate chips
- chocolate spoon
- chocolate hazelnut filled wafers
- chopped Heath bar
- chopped Andes mints
- chopped candy cane bits
- candy cane straws
- peppermint sticks
- peppermint stirrers
- peppermint poles
- whipped cream

We love using our Breville-Nespresso machine to quickly make hot water, not too hot, and whip up a hot cocoa on the go. It’s so easy to use and clean!
