Our 1920s dinner and bunco party was so fun. We did poor man's catering by picking up lasagnas and cooking them ourselves, from a local favorite, and getting our favorite rolls from another local restaurant. Taking the stress out of cooking for 12 made this party awesome for me 😆. We're looking forward to planning our next one, maybe in June or Oct.

Maybe not the coolest reel ever 😆 but it's funny how a little thing can make me so happy. We've been using a washcloth as a doorstop since we moved in ( the door had to stay cracked at night for the heating/ cooling system to work right and the airflow slams the door if it's almost closed). So, instead of buying something, I designed and made this one for free, and it doesn't look hideous. It stores well and did the job.

The DIY donut board is done and ready for our family's Valentines breakfast. There are a few fun things on the menu, like baked heart-shaped eggs, heart-shaped grapes and strawberries, some rose-shaped bacon, and, of course, donuts.

To make this board, I used only things I already had on hand, and I love the way it turned out.

I wasn't always a fan of Valentines Day, but now I love the a day to celebrate the ones I love. 💕 How do you celebrate V-day?
